Engaging with IWR
When a food production or other company decides to collaborate with IWR, the first step is to initiate a conversation to understand the company's needs and requirements. We encourage non-specific overarching conversations that enable us to work with multiple plants, but we also welcome discussions about specific needs. Our initial engagement process is designed to be easy and straightforward, understanding the busy nature of distribution centers and the food production industry. We may request simple information and may even arrange a visit to the production facility to gather more detailed information.
Timeline and Milestones
The typical timeline for a partnership with IWR begins with an initial call or email to establish contact and discuss the potential benefits of collaboration. We aim to address existing problems or identify improvements that can be made to enhance waste and byproduct sustainability. Following the initial contact, a discovery call is scheduled, which involves a light questioning process to gather more information about the opportunities. Subsequently, a site visit is typically arranged to further understand the specific needs of the facility. Based on the findings, we propose a solution and work with the client to determine the timeline for implementation. Consistent follow-up calls are then conducted to ensure that the solution is working effectively, and to identify and address any further opportunities for improvement.
Ongoing Support and Maintenance
At IWR, we provide constant support and maintenance services to meet the evolving needs of our clients. We understand the importance of operational efficiency and strive to alleviate the load on our customers. We continuously look for ways to automate processes and streamline operations, minimizing the need for frequent phone calls or unnecessary appointments. Additionally, we conduct account checkups with our customers and offer support in maintaining any provided physical machinery as part of our solutions.
